Listen to your body. Eat slowly, without your phone, enjoying the taste. Stop when you feel slightly full — not to the point of “bursting.” This is called mindful eating, and it helps you better understand your needs.

Don’t be afraid of mistakes. Missed the regime, ate a cake, ordered a pizza? No problem. Healthy eating is a long journey, not a one-time action. The main thing is to return to habits without falling into self-flagellation.
