Eighth — distracted eating. Eating while watching a TV series or on the computer leads to overeating. Solution: eat only at the table, without screens. Focus on taste, smell, texture.
Ninth — lack of sleep. With a lack of sleep, the level of ghrelin (the hunger hormone) increases and leptin (the satiety hormone) decreases. Solution: sleep 7-8 hours. This is a powerful prevention of overeating.
And finally, tenth — strict diets. They cause a deficiency, after which a “breakdown” and gluttony occur. Solution: switch to a balanced diet without prohibitions. Once a week you can allow yourself “imperfect” food – without guilt.
