Seek support. Tell a loved one about your goal, find a like-minded person, join a community. When you feel that you are not alone, it becomes easier. Sometimes one word is enough: “I believe in you.”

Don’t be afraid to adjust the goal. Perhaps it was set in a different state, with different resources. Now you can reconsider the timing, scale, method of achievement. This is not a defeat – this is wisdom.

Visualize not only the result, but also the process. Visualize yourself overcoming difficulties, learning, and growing. This prepares you for reality and reduces your fear of difficulties.

Keep a progress journal. Write down what you’ve done every day. In a month, you’ll see how far you’ve come. The brain often doesn’t notice progress with its eyes, but paper doesn’t lie.

Remember: all great achievements were almost abandoned. Writers wanted to burn their manuscripts, scientists wanted to give up on research, athletes wanted to quit sports. But they kept going and became who they are.

And you can too. Not because you’re a superhero, but because you’re a person who doesn’t give up. And that’s a victory.
