Talk to people who are passionate about what they do. Listen to how they talk about their work. Energy is contagious. You may not want to do the same, but you will feel: “I can be passionate too.”

Create without a goal. Draw, write a text, sculpt from plasticine – just to do it. Creativity is not always about the result. It is about the process. And inspiration often comes in the process.
Ask yourself: “What would I do if I were not afraid?” Write down the answers, even if they seem crazy. This will help you go beyond the usual thinking.
Sometimes inspiration comes through service. Help others – volunteer, advise, support. When you get out of your head – it becomes quieter, and there is room for new ideas.
Don’t wait for inspiration to come loudly. It often knocks quietly – in the form of a slight interest, a smile, a desire to try. Know how to notice it.
And remember: inspiration is not a prerequisite for action, but its companion. Act – and it will come.
