Allow yourself to enjoy the little things. A cup of tea after work, a letter to a friend, a walk – these are also achievements. Life is not only about big goals, but also about small joys.

Use visualization with empathy. Imagine yourself in a year. Not as “successful”, but as a person who was kind to himself, kept going despite the difficulties. This creates an internal support.

Stay connected to your values. What is important to you? Family? Growth? Creativity? When an action is in line with your values, it brings satisfaction, even if the result is not visible.

And remember: you are already good enough. The motivation is not to become “worthy”, but to reveal what is already there. You are not the path to yourself – you are already here. Just go with love.
